La Fotografia incontra la Pittura - Photography meet Painting - LA FELTRINELLI Photo Exhibition in Rome Italy.

Last Saturday the exhibition of photographer and friend Marco Caporicci on the subject of Light Art was inaugurated in Rome. In the exhibition, at the "La Feltrinelli Exhibition" in centre of Rome, the works of Marco obtained with the technique known as Light Art or rather “art with the light". In fact photographs are obtained with a particular technique that allows in practice to paint with light on the sensor of the camera. These are very suggestive compositions, which may also recall abstract paintings of modern school or graphic compositions, but which differ profoundly both in the fineness of the details, not obtainable with computer graphics, and in the depth and range of colors not obtainable with painting techniques. The exhibition will be open every day until May 8th from 16 to 19. I invite you to visit it, it is very interesting, the works are very beautiful and on many occasions it will be possible to meet the author.

Sabato scorso si è inaugurata a Roma la mostra del fotografo ed amico Marco Caporicci sul tema Light Art. Nella mostra, presso la libreria Feltrinelli di Viale Libia 186, sono esposte le opere di Marco ottenute con la tecnica definita Light Art o meglio “arte con la luce”. Sono infatti fotografie ottenute con una tecnica particolare che consente in pratica di dipingere con la luce sul sensore della fotocamera. Si tratta di composizioni di grande suggestione, che possono ricordare anche dipinti astratti di scuola moderna o composizioni grafiche, ma che se ne differenziano profondamente sia per la finezza dei dettagli, non ottenibili con la computer grafica, sia per la profondità e la gamma dei colori non ottenibili con le tecniche pittoriche. La mostra resterà aperta tutti i giorni fino all’8 maggio dalle 16 alle 19. Vi invito a visitarla, è molto interessante, le opere sono molto belle e in molte occasioni sarà possibile incontrare l’autore.
